A particular highlight of the journey was the food and beverage offering. A breakfast selection of cooked and continental options was ready and waiting as the crossing got underway and the quality was genuinely impressive. Having a trained barista on board was a lovely touch and rather than queuing for a coffee, drinks were brought directly to your seat. A small detail that made a noticeable difference to the overall comfort of the trip.
Throughout the crossing, staff were proactive rather than simply available, checking in more than once to make sure everything was in order and giving plenty of advance notice as services began winding down ahead of arrival. It's this kind of genuine, attentive service that turns a routine crossing into a genuinely pleasant experience.
