In February, IHG Hotels & Resorts, announced the conversion of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queenstown to voco Queenstown. IHG are partnering with asset owner, developer and manager, Pro-invest Group, to reposition the highly regarded, centrally located hotel within IHG’s premium portfolio.
Matt Tripolone, Managing Director for IHG Australasia & Pacific, described the move as a "strategic repositioning," aiming to align the hotel’s prime location and 227-room scale with a more premium guest experience.
