Exchange Rates
The exchange rates published are the “Buy TT” rates from our bank (Westpac NZ), as these are the relevant rates for buying a foreign currency. Note that there is a discrepancy between this rate and the “Sell TT” rate, which is often mistakenly quoted by some agents.
This rate is valid for a period of 7 days from the time the invoice is sent out.
Please Note: There is small incremental buffer included to counter any fluctuations within the time period before payment is made.
National Kiwi Hatchery reopens at Agrodome

The National Kiwi Hatchery has reopened to the public at its new Rotorua Agrodome location.
The new venue promises an improved visitor experience, dedicated access for trade bookings and tour groups, and shuttle services to the hatchery from Agrodome.
All hatchery ticket proceeds go to the kiwi hatching programme.
“It’s with great pride we continue to undertake this important mahi and that we can now put it on a larger stage for domestic and international manuhiri (visitors) to see, learn and take part in,” said National Kiwi Hatchery manager Emma Bean.
The hatchery and Agrodome are owned by Ngāi Tahu Tourism. The hatchery was previously at Rotorua’s Rainbow Springs Nature Park.
