Some regions across New Zealand are experiencing unsettled weather today (26 March 2026) and tomorrow, with heavy rain warnings currently in place.

At this stage, no main highways are impacted. However, Pacific Destinations will continue to monitor the situation closely and will contact passengers directly if conditions change and their travel plans are likely to be affected.

The areas currently being monitored include Northland (Bay of Islands, Hokianga and surrounding areas), Coromandel and Bay of Plenty, as well as the Nelson Tasman region.

The safety of our guests remains our top priority. If any itinerary changes are required, we will assist guests directly and keep you updated accordingly.
